Chopard Zagato Lab One Concept

43 Grams. 19 Pieces. No Room for Tradition.

Chopard and Zagato have teamed up to create something that feels more like a concept car than a conventional watch.

The Zagato Lab One Concept is a 42mm experiment in ceramicized titanium, weighing just 43.2 grams with the strap. It's Chopard's lightest titanium watch yet, limited to 19 pieces. This isn't about mass appeal—it's about pushing boundaries.

The case is anthracite-colored, bead-blasted ceramicized titanium with a sapphire display back and water resistance to 50 meters. Instead of traditional lugs, it uses self-locking handle-type lugs. The crown features an engraved steering wheel motif, nodding to its automotive inspiration.

Inside, you'll find the manual-wind L.U.C 04.04-L movement with a 60-hour power reserve and COSC certification. The mainplate doubles as the dial, adorned with Zagato "Z" motifs and rhodium-plated details. A tourbillon sits at 6 o'clock, while the power reserve indicator resembles a fuel gauge at 12.

Strap options include technical fabric or calfskin leather, both featuring ceramicized titanium elements.

Nineteen pieces available exclusively through boutiques.
