The Board of Directors has been busy setting up a strategy to keep Oris independent and forward-thinking. They've now appointed Rolf Studer as CEO and Claudine Gertiser as Vice-Chairwoman of the Board. Claudine will also take on the role of CFO.

Rolf and Claudine have been part of the team for a while, and now they're stepping into bigger roles. The aim? To guide Oris into its next phase without losing sight of what makes it unique.

No major shake-ups here, just a continuation of Oris's commitment to doing things its own way.
